Samsung Galaxy Note 7 has a serious battery problem, till September 1, 31 Galaxy Note 7 has been exploded worldwide according to a report from Samsung. But there might be more cases of explosion, as may cases goes unreported. We had seen first known explosion on the Chinese social media Baidu. Since then dozens of phones has caused serious damages. Some major airlines has already banned the Galaxy Note 7, people can’t take the phone on the plane as it can cause serious threat to the safety.

Samsung considering all the reports is now urging worldwide consumers to stop using Galaxy Note 7 immediately and exchange them as soon as possible, as more reports of the phones catching fire emerged even after the company’s global recall. According to Fox10, Florida based man was charging his Galaxy Note 7 on his jeep, after some time whole the jeep was on fire leaving the jeep unusable.

If you have Samsung Galaxy Note 7 immediately exchange it.

In a press release, Sunday on its website, Samsung asked users around the world to “immediately” exchange their existing Galaxy Note 7. “We are asking users to power down their Galaxy Note 7s and exchange them as soon as possible,” said Koh Dong-jin, Samsung’s mobile president.

“We are expediting replacement devices so that they can be provided through the exchange program as conveniently as possible.”

Samsung recalled 2.5 million phones last week after reports emerged of the device exploding during or after charging. Samsung estimated that the cost for replacement could go upto 1 billion dollar.

The move by Samsung is acceptable as they are replacing the device free of cost for all the galaxy Note 7 buyers. Samsung don’t know the exact figure of faulty devices that has been sold. So, you should consider exchanging the device or you might be on trouble.
