Lately, Mi Nepal has not launched any of their latest offering in Nepali Market, But they are back with the latest offering RedMi go in Nepal with a pure Android experience. This device is based on Googles Go edition of Android that is especially targeted to entry-level devices.
This Go edition of RedMi doses is provided the pure android experience on the less expensive phone by optimizing the software to operate smoothly on phone with less RAM.
Talking about the phone itself it has 5-inch IPS Display with 720P resolution and 296PPI. This display also supports Reading Mode. Powering the device is Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 processor, Adreno 308 GPU mated with On-Board Storage of 8GB and 16GB both having 1GB of RAM, the onboard storage can be further expanded up to 128GB via dedicated Micro SD Card Slot.
On the imaging part, it is backed by the 8MP rear camera with HDR, Autofocus, Single LED Flash and many more. On the front of the device, it has a 5MP front-facing camera with HDR. Features like WLAN, Bluetooth, GPS, 4G compatibility and many more come with this phone.
This device also boasts 10 days of Stand by time with its massive 3000mAh non-removable battery.
The phone is priced at Rs. 8,999 in Nepal we will have to see how the device performs and test if it’s worth the price tag that it will be carrying.
