HTC one of the most Prominent global mobile brand is ready to launch its new flagship phone. Recently, the company announced a launch date, 16 May 2017, of a new phone through social media. The official launch event will be at 2 PM Taipei, 2 AM New York, 7 AM London. This is one of the most awaited smartphones of HTC. After the average success of last year’s HTC 10 and increasing popularity of Chinese brands. The phone may be the next hope for the company to stay in the competition. Previously this year, HTC came up with HTC U Ultra. This the second flagship device launched this year. In fact, nowadays it’s a trend to launch 2 Flagship devices in a year or have 2 different types of devices as flagship.
In the latest teaser video, we can see there is more focus on edge. This also leads to thinking about the phone having “Edge sense” technology. This technology allows a user to control various functions, from opening a different application to taking pictures and videos just by squeezing the edge. Inclusion of this technology with the class of HTC will be exciting to see.
The specifications of this phone are not confirmed yet. With the launch of this phone around the corner, there are definitely some leaked specifications. It is said to have 5.5 Inch, WQHD display. It is Rumored to have Qualcomm Snapdragon 835, coupled with 4GB RAM. Internal storage could be 64GB /128GB.The Phone will operate on Android 7.1 Nougat. The phone is likely to have the battery of at least 3000 mAH to 4000mAH. Talking about camera, Phone is Likely to have 12 MP Primary camera and 16 MP front-facing a camera. The phone is going to be launched 15 days from today. It is definitely going to be available in the Indian market soon after launch but it’s sooner availability in the Nepali market is kind of doubtful. Hope, soon we can get our hands on this masterpiece.
