Redmi unveiled Redmi K20 and Redmi K20 Pro in India. It is anticipated that the Redmi K20 Pro will come to Nepal very soon. Xiaomi has been teasing the Redmi K20 on Nepal’s official Facebook page for a while. The phone has the same design as the OnePlus 7 Pro and is equipped with an all-screen phone with a selfie pop-up camera, a fingerprint sensor on display, and triple camera setup on the back.
Both Redmi K20 devices use a 6.39-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with no notch and very slim bezels, making it the first Redmi smartphone to prove an AMOLED. The phone comes with a fingerprint scanner of the seventh generation. It has a 91.9 percent screen-to-body ratio and a DC dimming switch and can be as bright as 600 nits.
There is a triple rear camera setup with a 48-megapixel Sony IMX586/IMX582 main sensor and an f/1.75 lens, a 13-megapixel secondary camera with a wide-angle lens, and an 8-megapixel shooter with an f/2.4 lens. There’s a 20-megapixel selfie pop-up camera for selfies.
The Redmi K20 is equipped with an Adreno 616 GPU Snapdragon 730 chipset. The Redmi K20 Pro, on the other side, receives the Snapdragon 855 flagship chipset. Both K series phones are paired with 6GB or 8GB of RAM and are available in 64GB, 128GB, or 256GB of storage. It operates on Android 9.0 with MIUI 10 at the top, providing an improved user experience and ability to balance most tasks easily.
Both Redmi K20 devices have a 4000mAh battery with rapid 27W charging for K20 pro and 18W for k20. The phone offers a range of connectivity options including VoLTE 4 G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS, NFC, USB type-C, and Mobile Hotspot to help you remain connected while you’re on the move.
