It has launched its new flagship smartphone Cool Play 6, the smartphone comes in Gold and Black color options. The all-new Coolpad boasts of 5.5-inch full-HD (1080×1920 pixels) display. The smartphone runs on Android 7.1.1 Nougat-based custom Journey UI and is powered by 1.4GHz octa-core Snapdragon 653 processor with Adreno 510 GPU. It is backed by 6GB of RAM and packs 64GB inbuilt storage. The storage can be expanded via microSD cards. The dual-SIM phone features two 13-megapixel sensors at the back, with f/2.0 aperture, dual-LED flash, and HDR support. On the front, there’s an 8-megapixel camera with f/2.2 aperture. For connectivity, Cool Play 6 offers 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth 4.0, USB Type-C, and Wi-Fi.
CoolPad Cool Play 6 is an extreme game machine and sure enough, the device is a very elegant looking piece. The 6GB of RAM on the spec

Coolpad also preinstalls a few apps like Facebook, UC Browser, UC News, NewsDog, a news app. Journey UI has Dual App support which can let you run two instances of supported apps like WhatsApp, among others.
Coolpad has also made sure that the device will absolutely last you a day, powering the device with a 4000mAh battery capable of up to 300 hours standby time. The device runs on JUI(Journey UI) which is Coolpad’s homegrown UI, on top of Android 7.1.1 Nougat with a promised upgrade to Android 8.0 Oreo in the future.
