Huawei Technologies has officially launched its new mid-range Smartphone, Huawei Y7 Prime. Yesterday in an official Tech meet held in its headquarters in Nepal the newest member of the beloved Huawei Y series was unveiled. The phone is priced at Nrs: 24,900/- and will be directly competing against other brands in the same price range as Xiaomi Redmi Note 4  and Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime.
Huawei Y7 Prime comes with a 5.5-Inch IPS LCD Display with 720 x 1280 pixels resolution. It is powered by 1.4 GHz Octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 435 processor, which the company believes is less power consuming. It is aided by Adreno 505 GPU. The device comes with 3GB RAM and 32GB onboard internal storage which can be further expanded up to 256GB via a MicroSD card slot which uses SIM 2 Slot as it has a hybrid SIM slot. Equipped with a large 4000mAh (typical value) high-density polymer battery, the Huawei Y7 Prime certainly seems to be more powerful. At just 8.35mm thin, the soft curvature unibody metallic design and the distinct, textured body will certainly make it easy and comfortable to grip.
Talking about the camera, PDAF 12MP, f/2.2 rear facing the camera with single LED flashlight and 8MP, f/2.2 soft lighting front-facing camera is definitely going to enhance your photography experience and picture quality. It operates on up to date EMUIÂ 5.1 based on Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box. The device has the fingerprint 3.0 sensor on the rear side below the camera which promises to unlock at 0.25 sec. As of now, it is available in 3 colors: Gold, silver, black.

First Impression on Huawei Y7 Prime:
Catching with the Huawei Y7 Prime in the launch event was overall great. Unibody Metal Design was premium and the phone wasn’t that heavy. The rear camera was certainly the best thing I noticed. The phone runs on EMUI 5.1 on top of Andriod 7.0 Nougat. I was disappointed with the display and pricing of the phone which seems a bit expensive. I expected it to be around 22K. Otherwise, this phone seems ok for me. I will definitely try to share further more details about the phone in its detail review.
On every purchase of Huawei Y7 Prime, buyers will get free selfie stick.
