Xiaomi Nepal one of the most popular and loved smart phone brand From China has come up with all new Mi 6 in Nepali market. Recently Vatsal Impex Pvt. Ltd., the authorized distributor of Xiaomi Products in Nepal announced its latest flagship device Mi 6 with Dual 12MP camera.
The device has a 5.15 inch IPS LCD capacitive touch screen with 1080 x 1920 pixel display. The device is powered by Octa-core (4×2.45 GHz Kryo & 4×1.9 GHz Kryo) Qualcomm Snapdragon 835. It comes with Adreno 540 GPU. It operates on MIUI 8 on top of Andriod 7.1 Nougat out of the box. Talking about the camera dual 12 MP rear camera certainly, steals the show for users loving mobile photography. Dual 12 MP with the first camera having 27mm, f/1.8, OIS 4-axis & second camera with 52mm, f/2.6. The front selfie shooter is of 8MP.
The device gets its juice from a Non-removable Li-Po 3350 mAh battery with fast battery charging (Quick Charge 3.0). The device comes up with 6GB RAM and 64GB internal storage. There’s one more major feature of the device worth pointing out here, and that’s the absence of a 3.5 mm headphone jack. Sensors on the phone include the fingerprint (front-mounted), accelerometer, gyro, proximity, compass, barometer.

First impression of Mi 6:
Catching up device shortly in bloggers meet by Xiaomi Nepal was great. The phone was solid and premium in hand. Yes, it is a little small for users normally preferring a 5.5-inch display. But a 5.15-inch FHD display is certainly the star feature of the phone. The display looked colorful and more vibrant. With the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor and 6GB RAM, the device seems powerful on paper. The camera of the phone was good and the pictures clicked were decent. While zooming into elements without a loss in quality is a nice option to have.
Xiaomi Mi 6 6GB/64GB variant is priced at  Nrs 54,999/- available Black color. The Phone has already arrived in Nepal. Yeah, you might say it is overpriced compared to the international pricing. But given with the latest high-end specifications and Xiaomi Nepal giving some best customer care service maybe it’s reasonable?? What do you Guys Think about the pricing?? In my view, 48k-50k would have been great.
